Now it's time to get more exotic & creative.
Join Rusty & chef Thomas McKeown of the Hyatt Regency and Polaris Restaurant, chef Nick Melvin of Doux South and Fox Bros., Farmer-Rockstar Cory Mosser of Natural Born Tillers to learn about tips & tricks to make their favorite unusual meats delicious.
This class will be kept small & very hands-on. Come learn with us from this amazingly talented team!! This class runs from 10 - 1 and includes a lunch of these delicious creations, served with local beer and beverages. Plus, participants will receive 10% off any Pine Street Market purchase on the day of the class.
$125/ Person. Classes are held at Pine Street Market. Refunds are not available for missed classes. Class transfer or cancellation/refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your class start date.
"Early Bird Class Tickets" are available at a 10% discount up until 2 weeks before the class date and there are only 5 available per class!
"VIP Class Tickets" include a package of our signature Old Fashioned Heritage Bacon and one of our T-Shirts.
