Prime Rib for Holiday Dinner is the ultimate feast. Not only will it feed a large crowd, but it is one of the most hands-off recipes you can make, leaving more time to enjoy family and friends!

Picture it - a grand roast sitting on the table surrounded by Parmesean Roasted Potatoes, Shredded Brussels Sprouts with Crispy Sage and Pecans, served with a side of luscious creamy horseradish sauce!  

Hands-off and easy? Yes! Basically, you salt the rib roast, oven-sear it, then roast gently in the oven. When it reaches your desired temperature, remove it from the oven and let it rest about 30 min before slicing. During the roasting time, you have plenty of space and time to cook the sides, enjoy a glass of wine, and laugh with the family! We even include Butcher Rusty's recipe with your purchase!
