This single batch sausage is made with Riverview Farm’s pasture raised boar coarsely ground with nutmeg, ginger, cracked pepper, fresh rosemary and a hearty splash of American Whiskey. Hand stuffed and slowly hot smoked over local white oak and pecan wood for a warm, smokey flavor.   This may be the only batch made this year - best to grab a pack now!
