2 Bone Lamb Chops are excellent on the Big Green Egg or pan roasted in cast iron. Our butchers hand cut each double chop and leave the belly attached to the bone for extra flavor.
Two 2-bone lamb chop per order, approx. 1.5 lbs.
A slight departure from our local philosophy, we're featuring Colorado lamb for its exceptional flavor this winter Holiday season. Colorado is a “natural” state for lamb farming. Sheep favor mountains and hills, of which there are plenty in the Rocky Mountain State. It’s also a plentiful source of their preferred diet of brohm grass, service berries, larkspur, knapweed and wild carrots. Colorado ranchers also breed for larger animals that provide more succulent & tender meat. We think you'll taste the difference.
