Come join Butcher Rusty & crew for a hands-on cured meat workshop as they explain a variety of the old world art of preserving meats. Participants create salami and pancetta to cure and pick up in one month!
This class runs from 10 - 1 and includes a lunch of humanely raised pork, country sides, and beverages. Cured Meat Class attendees will create salami and pancetta to cure and pick up in one month and will receive 10% off any Pine Street Market purchase made in the retail store on the day of the class.
$125/ Person. Classes are held at Pine Street Market.
"Early Bird Class Tickets" are available at a 10% discount up until 2 weeks before the class date and there are only 5 available per class!
"VIP Class Tickets" include a package of our signature Old Fashioned Heritage Bacon and one of our T-Shirts.
