About
Prime Rib for Holiday is the ultimate feast. Our Butchers have artfully cut this centerpiece off the bone, studded it with fresh rosemary and garlic, and tied it back on the bone, ready to roast in the oven. Check out our recipe for King Prime Rib!
Each Prime Rib is hand trimmed, cut off the bne, and trussed with butcher's twine, and weighs approx. 5 lbs.
