Cold Smoking on the Big Green Egg

Join Rusty and Rohaan on the Chop Shop event patio to learn how to turn your Big Green Egg into a Cold Smoker without breaking the bank! During this interactive, hands-on demonstration, participants will learn the proper way to assemble the cold smoker, tips for maintaining temperature and smoking with wood, how and why to smoke cheese, how to cure and smoke salmon, and fun, delicious accoutrement recipes!
This class runs from 11 - 1:30 and includes a lunch of the class creations, local beer, and beverages. "Cold Smoking" participants will take home a selection of the items we have smoked and participants will receive 10% off any Chop Shop purchase made after the class.
$125/ Person. Class is held at the Chop Shop event patio. Refunds are not available for missed classes.
"Early Bird Class Tickets" are available at a 10% discount up until 2 weeks before the class date and there are only 5 available per class!
"VIP Class Tickets" include a package of our signature Old Fashioned Heritage Bacon and bag of our custom blended smoking wood chips.
