We are proud to feature hand trimmed American Wagyu Coulotte Steak from Châtel Farms. Founded by legendary beef expert, Francois Leger, the cows are pasture raised without antibiotics or growth hormones birth, raised, and processed right here in Georgia. Raising cattle in this manner allows them to grow at a natural pace which results in more flavorful, tender beef with exceptional intramuscular marbling.

 

Cut from the Sirloin sub-primal, the Coulotte is very juicy and well-marbled with a rich, beefy flavor. Best prepared by grilling or sauté and has a buttery texture thanks to the generous marbling. This cut really shines in recipes like Steak Frites, Cast Iron Seared Steak with Dijon Pan Sauce,  & The Ultimate Grilled Steak!
