A classically-trained chef who fell in love with the art of butchery. Rusty opened Pine Street Market in 2008 to provide quality hand-crafted artisan meat provisions. An enthusiastic educator, on any given Saturday, you can find him teaching classes ranging from whole hog butchery to sausage-making and curing meats. When he’s not teaching classes, you can find him popping in at local farmer’s markets to give cooking demonstrations or chat with local purveyors, in the production area of Pine Street Market working on a new creation to share with his loyal customers, or hanging out with his financée, Summer, and Gracie, the quirky cockapoo.
Steve joined the team in 2018 as a transplant from the mountains of Colorado. He's always smiling and willing to talk to folks about Pine Street Market's Artisan Meats, the Whole Animal Butchery philosophy, and the farms we partner with and why. Danny is a man of few words - no muss, no fuss. Danny has been a Pine Street Market butcher for more than 3 years, and during that time has braved rain, snow, & ice to never miss a day of making quality meat provisions for our loyal customers. Danny likes Corona.

Miguel has been a Pine Street Market butcher for over 3 years. He always has a smile on his face and Miguel loves bacon. It's probably why he smiles so much - you should see him on belly smoking day!
Maria has been a Pine Street Market butcher since 2017. In addition to butchering, she's an ace spice blender and makes an amazing Mexican Pozole! When she's not at Pine Street Market, Maria enjoys cooking and hanging out with her husband.
Gladys joined the Pine Street Market crew in January 2019. She's primarily our resident beef butcher, but she also helps out with hog butchery as well as a multitude of other things! She's pretty awesome...and she likes really good tequila!

Wendy is a Georgia native and has lived in Atlanta for 20 years. Raised on a farm, Wendy has an appreciation for fresh and aged meats from happy animals. In her spare time, she enjoys watching TV and movies, and spending time with her fiancé and their three girls. Wendy likes dry wines and fruity IPAs.
