MEET THE CREW
Owner & Chief Charcutier
A classically-trained chef who fell in love with the art of butchery. Rusty opened Pine Street Market in 2008 to provide quality hand-crafted artisan meat provisions. An enthusiastic educator, on any given Saturday, you can find him teaching classes ranging from whole hog butchery to sausage-making and curing meats. When he’s not teaching classes, you can find him popping in at local farmer’s markets to give cooking demonstrations or chat with local purveyors, in the production area of Pine Street Market working on a new creation to share with his loyal customers, or hanging out with his financée, Summer, and Gracie, the quirky cockapoo.
T.A. brings years of experience with logistics and fulfillment, making for a detail oriented, industrious, and hard working captain of the shipping department. Their motto is “it’s much more than just counting meat and putting it in a box”. Trish also brings humor to the team with their expansive list of dad jokes.
When he is at home, he's tending to his garden to harvest vegetables and herbs for cooking. Borna is an avid DIYer - he built his own garden beds and tests! In this spare time, he has to constantly remind his dog Koda that he is not a lap dog and stays busy keeping Koda's fur off of his retro jacket collection.
Retail Team Lead
Jennie is our retail guru! She stays busy fulfilling store-pickup orders and answering your questions. When she heads home after work, you'll find her with a Harry Potter book in hand - she has been reading them on repeat since middle school and could beat anyone at Harry Potter trivia! Other times, she's probably on a backpacking trip with her partner-in-crime, Cahya, the three-year-old blue heeler, or on the ultimate frisbee field trying to keep Cahya away from the discs.
Office & Wholesale Coordinator
Kristin is our main point-of-contact for wholesale accounts and answering customer emails. Kristin has a background in Baking and Pastry and enjoys baking batches of cookies to feed her friends. When she is not at Pine Street Market, you can find her throwing sticks and frisbees for her black lab Lola.

Lydia loves shopping – from food and clothes to home décor - she loves it all!
Rebekah is the woman behind the case! Each day she ensures our deli case and refrigerators are fully stocked and ready for customers. She is detail-oriented, owing to her art degree and design work. Rebekah is an outdoor enthusiast and loves hiking and camping. When not behind the counter, designing something, or outdoors, you can find her whipping up pastries and listening to her extensive record collection.
