Prime Rib for Holiday is the ultimate feast. It is one of the most hands-off recipes you can make, leaving more time to rrelax and enjoy the family!
Our Butchers have artfully cut this centerpiece off the bone, studded it with fresh rosemary and garlic, and tied it back on the bone, ready to roast in the oven. Recipe card included. This product is gluten free.
Hands-off and easy? Yes! Basically, you salt the rib roast, oven-sear it, then roast gently in the oven. When it reaches your desired temperature, remove it from the oven and let it rest about 30 min before slicing. During the roasting time, you have plenty of space and time to cook the sides, enjoy a glass of wine, and laugh with the family!

Please note that due to our small batch production and advance procurement, Holiday Pre-Orders are non-refundable. Pine Street Market Butchers Butchers cut the Prime Rib Roast off the bone, stud it with fresh rosemary and garlic, and tie it back on the bone, so it is ready to roast in the oven!
