Ribeyes, Racks of Lamb, and Pastrami, Oh My!

 

What does Spring mean to you? Here at the shop, it means bringing back old favorites like Roasted Poblano Sausage made with locally grown peppers. It also means gearing up for Farmer's Market Season with Peachtree Road Farmer's MarketNewnan Market Day, and Dunwoody Green Market all opening in April. Plus, Marietta Square Farmer's Market will start it's Spring season.

PSM Now Offers Beef & Lamb


Pine Street Market is proud to announce we now carry beef and lamb! We are starting with all-natural, humanely raised Ribeyes, Racks of Lamb, and house-made Pastrami. Stay tuned as we continue to add New York strip steaks, beef tenderloin, leg of lamb and mortadella, as well as new sausages. We are working on finding the perfect cuts of meat from our local farmers in the Georgia area.



Art-B-Que Pulled Pork BBQ Competition May 5



Art-B-Que, the two-day arts and music festival in Avondale Estates, is fast approaching. Among the many events, PSM will host a Pulled Pork BBQ competition May 5 at high noon. We are looking for 10-15 home bbq enthusiasts to present their best pulled pork before a panel of local celebrity chefs. First prize will be $100 of PSM meats and bragging rights for the entire year! Cider-Brined, Pecan-Smoked Easter Ham


Easter is just around the corner and PSM is already taking reservations for our Cider-Brined Pecan-Smoked Easter Ham. Naturally brined for six days and hot-smoked over pecan wood, our hams are preservative-free. PSM will produce a limited amount and pre-orders will go fast! Bacon fest at Dad's Garage! 


Mark your calander for March 31.Dad's Garage is having its annual fund raiser Bacon Fest!

Dad's Garage is a local, non-profit theatre company preforming top notch improv as well as original, edgy sketches and plays. As they describe Bacon Fest: "This outdoor festival is an unbridled bash filled to the brim with the three B's: BEER. BANDS. BACON." Kyle will be there ladeling up samples of his famous Bacon, Beer & Cheese Soup. Come on out - we promise a sizzling good time!
